#InkDrinks is an open, inclusive, totally casual, warmly social night for screenwriters of all stripes who are members of inkcanada's Canadian Screenwriters & Their Sketchy Friends FB Group, their colleagues and industry friends and writer-allies.

“Our utterly informal aim is to bridge the gaps between writers, disciplines and experiences by taking a break and sharing a beverage together, for a stronger more supportive professional community all 'round. That's it! It's so simple! It's also a lot of fun. Whether you are a student of the craft, exploring writing for film, TV and digital screen arts outside your current profession, or actively supporting screenwriting through the non-writing industry magic you do, you are welcome with us. Please, NO PITCHING; the senior writers and allies are here to relax too!”
