2024 Community Shorts Program Submission
Submissions OPEN until Nov 8, 2024
Filmmakers and media artists can submit their short films, video poetry, video art, experimental films, animated shorts and music videos to the festival to screen in our curated/non-competition community block. All selected filmmakers will receive an artist/screening fee as well as an official selection laurel.
This screening will be co-presented by the Digital Arts Resource Centre.
What kind of projects are we looking for?
Locally made/produced (Ottawa-Gatineau and surrounding areas)
Films by diverse and underrepresented voices including BIPOC creators, LGBTQ2SIA+ creators, Francophone creators, Persons with disabilities, and Women+-identified creators.
Shorts under or around 15 minutes, exceptionally up to 30 mins (any genre or medium)
Films that have not screened at Digi60 before
