On Thursday 26 September, women and nonbinary folks gathered at Browns Crafthouse on Bank street for Digi60’s annual Women+ social. The event was lively and intimate, with over a dozen people gathered to socialize, network and make connections.
The atmosphere was buzzing with energy and creativity as participants (filmmakers, actors, screenwriters) shared their stories and experiences and veterans gave novices advice for this year’s in-progress 60-Day Challenge (including sharing info as niche as great filming locations!). The mixer was a smashing success with good times all around and even ran longer than expected.
We can’t wait to see what partnerships the event spawned, and to do this again next year!
