Screenwriters can register to pitch a short film based on the festival catch at our Kick-Off on September 15, 2024. We have seen many screenwriters go on to be chosen by filmmakers - it's an excellent opportunity to collaborate & practice your pitching skills!
Here's the info you need if you want to pitch to the filmmakers on September 15, 2024:
Screenwriters will receive the Digi60 Catch 1 week before it is released to the public (September 8, 2024).
Screenwriters are sworn to secrecy on the Catch - we can't let it get out to the filmmakers before September 15, 2024!
Screenwriters have 1 week to fashion their short-film pitch to the audience based on the festival theme and catch criteria provided.
Screenwriters have to sell themselves, so we don’t allow proxy pitches.
You cannot pitch if you are or plan to be a Registered Filmmaker. This gives an unfair advantage over other filmmakers.
